What data is collected ?
E3 BENELUX collects personal data that is necessary for the fulfilment of our Business contracts ( legal base : GDPR Art 6.1(b). We also collect general information from visitors to our website and LinkedIn page, which we do to improve our website. A cookie from WP statistics is placed here. (legal base : Art6.1 (F). For the organisation of Customer events, we collect information from the Attendees. Their name and e-mail address will be saved for the organisation of the event. ( legal base : GDPR Art 6.1(a)
Use of the data
We use the collected data only for the purposes for which we obtained the data. The general visitor data is used to show you the website and to analyse how many visitors our website receives, which web pages are visited and where the visitors come from.
in general, we do not pass on the data collected by us to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the authorities request information from us). In case of customer events organized with a technology partner, we will share your details for organisation purposes only. This will be mentioned on the event bookings form.
Data retention period
The general visit data is not saved for longer than a year. Personal data collected for attendance of customer events will deleted after 1 month after the event.
Data security In order to prevent incorrect use of the data from the website, we have enabled encryption on our website. By means of encryption, the data traffic between you and the web servers is made unreadable, so that outsiders do not have access to it. Inspection, correction and deletion of data.
